Overview
Codunk, operated by Yosuble AI LLC, wants you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscribers to our Solo ($19/month), Creator ($49/month), and Studio ($99/month) plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first payment. No questions asked. This period complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Art. 9).
- The 14-day period begins on the date of your first subscription payment.
- To request a refund, email contact@codunk.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Credits used during the 14-day period will be deducted from the refund at the per-credit rate of your plan ($0.38/credit Solo, $0.25/credit Creator, $0.20/credit Studio).
After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Credits from packs do not expire.
Integration Credits
Credits spent on connecting third-party integrations (1 credit per integration) are non-refundable once the integration is successfully connected. Updating or reconnecting an already-connected integration is free.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the beginning of each billing period. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We send a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
Exceptions
We may grant refunds outside of the standard policy in cases of:
- Extended service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) directly caused by Codunk
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@codunk.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the payment
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 24 hours.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
