Hosting

The Codunk platform is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). User data is stored by Supabase Inc. (United States). Deployed user sites are served via Cloudflare Inc. (United States) global CDN. Build infrastructure is operated by Hostinger International Ltd (Lithuania, EU).

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. (Delaware, USA), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Polar handles tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing on behalf of Yosuble AI LLC.

AI-Generated Content

Codunk uses third-party AI services to generate code and content. AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated content before use, publication, or deployment. Yosuble AI LLC does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, nor does it guarantee their correctness, security, originality, or fitness for any purpose.

Third-Party Integrations

Codunk allows users to connect third-party services to their projects. Users provide their own credentials and are responsible for compliance with the terms of those services. Codunk does not access or manage third-party accounts beyond generating code that interfaces with them.

Intellectual Property

The Codunk brand, logo, platform design, and all original content on codunk.com are the intellectual property of Yosuble AI LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Yosuble AI LLC provides Codunk on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yosuble AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yosuble AI LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, content you publish, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These legal notices are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
